The Pastel de Molho Festival brings together, in the Jardim das Artes, Covilhã, various producers certified by the Confraternity of Pastinaca and Pastel de Molho.
The event features a programme that connects this typical local gastronomic product with ethnographic and musical traditions.
Jointly organised by Covilhã City Council, the Confraternity of Pastinaca and Pastel de Molho, and the Business Association of Covilhã, Belmonte, and Penamacor (AECBP), the festival aims to promote and enhance the registered trademark of Covilhã Pastel de Molho.
In 2025, it took place from 27 to 29 June.
