The roar of engines will once again be heard in Covilhã with the legendary Rampa Serra da Estrela.
Covilhã proudly hosts another round of the Portuguese Hill Climb Championship. The event delights many motorsport enthusiasts who follow the competition with exemplary civility and respect.
The course covers approximately five kilometres, starting from the city of Covilhã at an altitude of 846 metres, up to the Penhas da Saúde Sanatorium at 1,297 metres. The route features an elevation gain of 451 metres and an average incline of nine per cent.
In 2025, the event took place from 31 May to 1 June.
